Mixing 101 (How to Play)

  • Blend Swatches: Move the arrows to shift your color cards on the table.
  • Color Harmony: Merge identical swatches to discover a new, deeper hue.
  • Masterpiece: Your studio is complete when you reveal the Color of the Year (2048).

Advanced Composition (Strategy)

1. The Golden Ratio (Corner Focus)

Balance is everything. Anchor your design by keeping your heaviest color (highest tile) in one corner. This creates a focal point for your grid.

2. Gradient Flow

Try to arrange your colors in a gradient, from light to dark (low to high value), leading towards your corner. This makes merging natural and fluid.
